Description

This CD is a live recording of a special concert in which the Molinari Quartet performed the winning compositions in its Third International Competition for Composition (2005-2006). The Molinari organizes this competition to carry throughits commitment to promote and support young composers everywhere and the creation of original works for string quartet. The main conditions for eligibility were that the composer be under 40 years of age on April 1, 2006, and that the submitted work be unpublished as of that date, and no more than 20 minutes long.
