Chloé Dominguez is a passionate chamber musician and one of today’s most versatile cellists. She has performed regularly at numerous international festivals and recorded for ATMA Classique, Oxingale Records and Espace 21. In addition to her solo cello position with the Orchestre classique de Montréal, she is an enthusiastic contemporary music performer who has participated in many productions as a soloist. Dominguez holds a doctorate in music performance from McGill University, where she currently teaches chamber music. She is also a professor at the Université du Québec à Montréal and at the Domaine Forget International Academy of Music and Dance. Dominguez plays on a 1745 Lorenzo Carcassi cello.
