Praised for her colorful, flexible voice and graceful stage presence, Canadian soprano Layla Claire is proud to present Songbird, her first solo recital recording. Songbird features English songs by Britten and Barber, French melodies by Debussy, Bizet, Chausson, and German Lieder by Brahms, Wolf and Strauss. She is accompanied by pianist Marie-Ève Scarfone.
